Training

Mars Security Guards employees Ex Servicemen and Experienced Civilians; they are further trained in all the aspects of security and protection, enabling them to combat present day threats

They are trained for sentry duties, weapon handling, firefighting procedures, radio communication, and handling of security equipments / gadgets, last but not the least lectures and instructions on mannerism and courtesy are also given.

Apart from initial training, Lectures on security procedures are also delivered to the deployed guards by our Checkers and other Supervisory Staff.
